How to book
Tickets are digital only. Buy on ouigo.com or in the OUIGO app. Add bags through My Bookings before departure.
In Spain, children aged 4 to 13 need a child ticket and passengers 14 and older pay the adult fare. Each adult can bring one baby and two children.
Tips for travellers
Plan your luggage carefully. Each ticket includes only a small hand bag and a cabin-size bag, both kept by your seat. A larger bag (up to 30 kg) costs €5 if added online. In France it costs €20 if you have not paid before boarding.
For a family with large suitcases, the Plus or Full pack is often simpler than paying for each bag. On connecting trips you must pay for bags on each train.
Arrive early. Boarding opens 30 minutes before departure and doors close 5 minutes before. Late passengers cannot board.
Choosing seats needs a pack, so buy one if you want your family to sit together.
