How to buy
The PID Lítačka app is the cheapest option. Paper tickets are sold at machines in metro stations, at many tram stops and at newsstands, and many trams have card-payment machines on board.
Paper tickets must be stamped in the yellow validator at the metro entrance or on board before you travel. There are no gates, and inspectors fine travellers without a valid ticket.
