Routes and stations
CTM links big cities like Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes and Tangier with Agadir, Oujda, Tetouan, Chefchaouen and many smaller towns.
In Marrakech the CTM station is next to the train station. In Casablanca it is within walking distance of Casa Port station. In Fes and Chefchaouen the stations are outside the medina, so take a taxi.
Tickets and fares
Fares depend on route and class. As a guide, Marrakech–Casablanca has cost about MAD 90–130 and Rabat–Marrakech about MAD 135–190. Prices change, so check the CTM site.
CTM offers 10% off round trips and family trips, and a loyalty programme, CTM Club.
How to book
Buy online at the CTM booking site, in the CTM app, or at any CTM office. The site and app work in Arabic and French. Pay by Visa or Mastercard; with a foreign card, choose the international card option.
Popular routes fill up, so book two or three days ahead. The e-ticket arrives by email.
Tips for travellers
Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in large bags. You get a tag to match your bag to the right bus.
Carry small change for luggage fees and station toilets. Premium class offers the most space on long trips.
All CTM classes have reclining seats with legroom and an entertainment platform you can stream to your own device. Third-party agencies also sell CTM tickets but may charge more.
